    strong copper wire (or wire that does not rust).

    1 small flexible tube

  • 1x
    piece of a 2 cm thick polyurethane insulation covered with an aluminium foil

    2 cm strips of thick polyurethane insulation covered with an aluminium foil

  • 2x
    small strips of a 2 cm thick polyurethane insulation covered with an aluminium foil

  • 1x
    black fabric adhesive tape

  • 1x
    high temperature paint spray

While this may seem absurd, the cost of the frame and its glass is lower that if the glass was cut by a glazier (who would have to work also the edges to make them not too sharp).

Choose the white not anti-glare glass!

The Panel consists of a synthetic foam with aluminium foil glued on both sides .

Other polyurethane insulation panels sold in DIY shops can be used instead (e.g. polyfoam in Jumbo, 8.95 Frs for a board of 1.20 x 62 cm). In this case, place a metal sheet on top of the board (ideally copper) to transfer the heat to the tube and also avoid the paint to 'melt' the synthetic foam.
