Etappe 1
Fill 3/4 of the cup with water and add food coloring or ink.
Etappe 2
Cut the endive in half lengthwise.
Etappe 3
Slice the bottom of the endive half a millimetre.
Etappe 4
Place the half-endive upright in the cup.
Etappe 5
After a few hours, the colored water will already have risen 2 or 3 cm in the endive...
