Réalisation - Bicycle magnetic headlight
Etape 1
Cut two 4cm squares in fine plastic forex or plexiglass and, using a drill, drill the centres with a 4 mm bit.
Pass through the hole of one of the plexiglass/forex square a 3.5 mm bolt and tighten it on the other side with a nut (use a wrenche and a screwdriver).
Pass another nut and the other plastic square leaving a distance of 1.8 cm between the two squares.
Complete with a last nut and tighten the two nuts one against each other (using two wrenches).
Etape 4
Start by connecting a LED at the end of the pair of electrical connectors. Attach the block of connectors to the top hole of the 6 cm iron bar with a nut and an M3 bolt .
Pass the coil's bolt through the 2nd hole from the top of the bar. Pass on the other side a washer and a nut and tighten it firmly with 2 wrenches.
Finish by adding a cap nut.
Etape 6
Split a piece of hose pipe with a cutter. Surround the "upper arm" of the rear part of a bicycle frame and screw the dynamo support on top.
Drill the reflector with a 1.5 mm bit. Screw the magnet on this hole with a washer between the magnet and the reflector.
Unscrew and release the fixation of the wheel reflector. Slide the reflector between 3 spikes (2 below and one on top). Replace the fixation without tightening. Slide the reflector until it gets stuck and tighten it firmly.
