1x large glass jar (pickles or jam type) with a metal lid.
1x small glass jar with a metal lid that can be placed into the large jar
1x pot of black paint, acrylic-type
1x two-component glue (epoxy)
1x expanded polystyrene plaque (taken from some packaging)
1x adhesive tape, to fix different parts together (expanded polystyrene, cardboard, etc.)
1x aluminum foil
(can be used also to create reflectors)

Get a jar with the largest opening as possible (pickles or jam). The best is to have already the large jar ready before looking for the smaller one. It is indeed difficult to estimate if the smaller jar really fits inside the big one without trying to pass it through its opening.
